Project Manager

Project Manager of the Year: Jason Bossart Jason Bossart came on board with Bossart Builders in June of 2004. His extensive experience in sales, marketing and management was quickly adapted to fit into the role of a construction manager. In the year 2005, Jason Bossart was put in charge of four projects totaling over 36,000 sq/ft. Jason’s role included establishing budgets for the projects, meeting with each board regularly, negotiating subcontracts and managing of subcontractors, creating tough but fair deadlines, and dealing with various town entities including building and planning departments. J

ason’s primary project is located in White House Station, New Jersey. Calvary Bible Church is a 17,000sq/ft addition which also includes 1.2 million dollars of site work. The project began in May of 2005 and is slated for completion in June of this year. At Calvary Bible, Jason had to value engineer this project by negotiating and managing engineers, architects subcontractors, material suppliers, and utilities to save over $500,000 below the original estimate. This project had unique features including pre-engineered panelized shell structure, giant scissor roof trusses, two level elevator, and a 15,000 gallon fire tank and backup diesel pump for the sprinkler system.

Along with Jason’s duties as a project manager, he is integral in the on going duty of marketing, prospecting and winning new business for Bossart Builders. It should be noted that Jason also serves on the Legistlative sub-committee for the NJBA. In conclusion, Jason was promoted to Vice President of Bossart Builders November 2 of this past year and is slated to be working on several new projects including Evangel Chapel and the Kildonan School (32,000 sq/ft private school) in the coming year.
